👨‍💻 작업 사항

📑 PR 개요

  • Spring Config Server가 항상 작동해야 함에 따라, S3 등 다른 의존성을 추가하여 작업한 후 Git Acitions에 에러가 발생함
  • 이에 기존 S3 Cloud Config Server, Client 구조를 제외하고, 서브 모듈을 도입한다.
