This PR adds E:Z2-specific parameters to the upcoming Mapbase protagonist system, particularly the ability to override leg models and dual viewmodels.

This PR is built on top of mapbase-source#377. I would recommend viewing 45748a3 directly to see what this PR actually adds to it.

This PR is in draft because the feature in question is not yet part of Mapbase. While this PR could theoretically be merged ahead of time, that may cause other complications. If this does wait until Mapbase itself has the new feature, then this PR should be squashed.
