This PR adds the
external_i2s_clock: Option<Hertz>field to thercc::Configstruct for the mentioned platforms.If set, this value is used to calculate the PLL output frequencies and sets the external clock as the I2S PLL source. Otherwise, the HSI/HSE clock is selected.
