cryoEM_plotly

Plot the cryoEM maps using plotly and open them in the browser!

Requirements:

• python3+

• mrcfile

• numpy

• plotly

• matplotlib

• skimage (scikit-image)

Usage

In the cryoEM_plotly.py file change the file_path, and this is it! Beware, files bigger than 100MB open in the browser poorly!
