Brainstorming Major Goals & Concepts for Version 2.0

• Expand mouse ontology to additional developmental stages [ontology]
• Re-visit candidate concept to cluster candidates & attempt to match to the known structure classes for that IS [pipeline]
• Utilize ontology to sub-segment identified structures into tissues, and tissues into cells [ontology] [pipeline]
• Investigate if a subset of feature metrics can be used across image sets (like overall size, etc.) to help filter & classify candidates [pipeline]
  • Related: can some image metrics be "converted" from a color space to a protein expression space
• Implement labeling functionality for polygons in drw-poly [ui]
• Auto-save feature for saving drawn polygons to eliminate need for manual saving [ui]
