Adds initial ARM support Also performs releases fully via CI
Also make the CI work better cross platform (Using nim lol)
While its nice, the current implemtation is broken (Relies on old osinfo) and I don't want to waste time fixing it Should also make it faster since it wont be reporting anymore
Adds CI for testing. Will enable easy checking of PRs and making sure install script/choosenim works
