This PR adjusts the theme's header template to use the doge-nav from doge-web-components.

Changes to header.html

  • Import component
  • Populate the menu lists using hugo template directives
  • Some theme style overrides

Changes to main.js

  • Ensure click handlers are added to ALL theme selectors, not just one.
