- Adds contribute section to fetch landing page
- Reduces repo readme (removing conceptual things, leaving only actual things)
- Remove redundant code from doge-qr (the dogeInit and stylesheet it added provided no change or value)
- Squelch the lit3 warning that states the project uses lit-all rather which is heavier.
