Prettify all files, add prettier config #7

Reasons for this change:

So people who have their editor configured to run Prettier on save don't unintentionally make a bunch of formatting changes. (happened to me, was very annoying)
To resolve minor code style inconsistencies in the examples.

I hope this won't cause any problems when editing from the Gitbook UI.
