This makes it possible to set limits shorter than a day. The property Unsynced Time Limit is expressed in days, a decimal number will result in frequencies lower than 24 hours.

Summary
Cleaned up some navigation code and fixed issues with back navigation and logout from apps.
Hiding app launch buttons on learn/deliver progress page when already logged in to a learn/deliver app.
