Massive changes. Probably for the better. Should work seamlessly.

  • Added manual sorting and nesting to all types
  • Rewrote list load logic to be cleaner (will get to the others later)
  • Moved jQuery declaration out to a separate file for loading dependent
    files
  • Removed dropdown from Locations due to WORTHLESS NOW.
  • Removed some console logging.
  • Probably some other shit
  • Caught a fixed a few bugs as well.
  • Styles added for a few things, including proper cursors for add and
    remove item buttons.
  • Moved search and add bar to the top of the list.

Whew. There's probably more. Really this time. I just forgot. Did a lot of legwork tonight.
