Sitemap update

• Bump pelican-sitemap from 1.1.0 to 1.2.0
• Set changefreqs and Priority manually for many pages
  • made possible by feat: Set ChangeFreq and Priority via metadata pelican-plugins/sitemap#30
• Changed defaults for changefreq
