⬆️ Bump files with dotnet-file sync

# devlooped/oss

- Don't copy default icon to output directory devlooped/oss@9263184
- Update typed resgen to opt-in only devlooped/oss@a8b2080
- If we provide a docs category, don't exclude docs :) devlooped/oss@0c23e24
