Completo a tarefa de fazer a seção de como funciona o Octopost.
Para completar essa tarefa foi necessário adicionar algumas propriedades ao arquivo de configuração do tailwind, foi criado principalmente um objeto para a adaptação das telas. A tela foi feita baseada em mobile first e focada principalmente em telas mobiles e desktop que são habitualmente mais usadas.
ps: o objeto de screens no tailwind config é bem básico, só para ter algumas adaptações de layout, vale a discussão para definir essa parte.
