style: modified uncommon text color

What does this PR change?

Sets the uncommon text rarity to #FF8362

How to test the changes?

1. Launch the explorer
2. Preview an avatar
3. Go to collectibles
4. Check uncommon items either emotes or wearables
5. Select the item
6. Check that the nft into panel shows the correct color
