feat: exotic rarity

What does this PR change?

Adds a new nft rarity called Exotic. Affects wearables and emotes.

How to test the changes?

1. Launch the explorer
2. Open the backpack
3. Check that your exotic wearables are displayed with a distinctive color
4. Check that all your wearables are displayed as expected
5. Go to the emotes tab
6. Check that your exotic emotes are displayed with a distinctive color
7. Check that your emotes are displayed as expected
8. Go to the world and open the emote wheel
9. Check that the exotic emotes are displayed with a distinctive color
