- Make "Jolly Roger" a parameter in the "Temporarily Down" page - Update lambda function to nodejs18.x runtime - the nodejs12.x runtime is no longer supported for new instances. - Clarify some of the instructions at the top. Still TODO: Genericize the users: list in the EC2 image. See deathandmayhem#2013
