This PR ports the updates that were previously merged for the dbt-metricflow==0.8.1 release to main. There are some additional updates that will be ported after some fixes in main.

The setup for the dbt project should be skipped, as otherwise, devs
could see unusual errors if they have a dbt project configured while
running tests.
To simplify the user experience, this PR updates the tutorial flow to
always create a sample project and asks the user to run the tutorial
commands from there.

Since `main.py` was getting large, this PR includes a refactor to move
the tutorial to the helper class. Please review by commit.
