Removed `no-lead-theme.yml` Added `default-theme-with-footer.yml` modified to include footer text. Original copied from here: https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor-pdf/blob/v2.3.x/data/themes/default-theme.yml (2023-10-17)
