Don't add 1 to line/col numbers

For some reason if there's an annotation on the last line, GitHub just doesn't show it 🙃. Workaround would be to check if the source code ends with "\n", and if it does, any issues instead should go on the last col of the prev line. Other option is reporting it to GitHub and letting them (hopefully, eventually) fix it.
