Even ruby 2.7 is already EOL for a while.
Policyfile is the official way to manage cookbooks. See https://docs.chef.io/workstation/berkshelf/ Below feature are removed as they were only implemented for berkshelf: - linkify - markdown - ignore_changelog_file - submodules
