The new
append_pvcinterface does not consider the prefetch movement over 2 dimensions. The wholeappend_pvcinterface may require to be revisited in a separate PR. This PR restore the Flash attention Performance by fixing the Prefetch for the K matrix, and adding optimised copy for thecausal=truecase
