CLDF dataset for "Grammars Analyzed Across Time" (GATA)

This release fixes some errors of the first version. Most importantly, we have removed the data for one of the languages involved, Karok, since we had used a source that described another language than the one discussed. The release also contains some minor fixes to the YEAR column (#17).
