UU: Mohawks Warriors now replaces the Longswordsman, 22 strength, same promotions as previously. -
Italy:
UU: Carabinieri, replaces first World War infantry, available at Radio, +10 strength while fortified (become active on the turn beginning), +10 HP healed at its own territory. -
Zulu:
UA: Melee units cost 50% less maintenance, +1 production from gold, diamonds, silver, copper.
UB: Ikanda: +1 culture, +10 strength to units trained melee units in city with Ikanda.
UU: Impi: Replaces musketman, +25% strength against gunpowder units, 26 strength. -
Austria:
UA: +25% more influence while giving money to city states, +1 culture from gardens, zoo and operas. -
Manchuria:
UA: Mounted units cost now 50% less mainetance (from 100%)
Other:
After discovering fertilizer it is possible to plant forests on every hex excluding snow. (125% of farm constructing time)
Now settler discovers 4 addition hexes around unis (only first settler at the beginning of the game).

Iroques : Mohawk Warrior now replaces longsowrdsman, 22 strength, no iron cost, the same promotion.

Tonga: 1 science and gold for every 5 population in cities.

New Zealand: First meeting bonus reduced to 8 for science.

USA: Buying land is now 30% cheaper.

Brazil: UU now replaces Great War Infantry, +15% strength during Golden Era.

- Now +1 vision and movement (movement 2->1 ) for naval units.
- Longbowman: 9 strength (from 13), 13 range attack strength (from 18), 3 range (as previously) .

- Order changes: Factories provide +10% science (down from 25%)
- Freedom changes: Volunteer army gives 3 units of foreign legion (down from 6), 6 units are still maintenance-free
POLICIES:
- Liberty changes:
- Citizenship (now also provides -20% tile purchase cost)
- Republic (now provides +10% production (up from +5%) towards buildings and +1 gold in each city)
- Collective rule: newly founded cities cost 2 happiness less
- Commerce changes:
- Opener: 1 gold from trading posts
- Silk road provides +1 gold and +1 production from trading posts
- Aestethics changes:
- opener: +33% towards great artists, writers and musicians (up from 25%)
- Cultural Centers also removes maintenance of cultural buildings
CIVILIZATIONS:
- Finland: Sissi is now avaliavle at Industrialization (30 strength, no terrain movement penalties, +15% when defending)
- Scotland: no longer provides +33% great people generation in the capital
- The Huns: Horse archers’ range is 1 (down from 2) and they can’t move after attacking
- Arabia: Camel Archers’ range is 1 (down from 2)
- Mongolia: Keshik range is 1 (down from 2)
- Rome: UA now also provides 25% less maintenance cost on roads
- Hungary: Black Arquebusier melee strength is 19 (down from 24) and no longer has the free promotion
