Der Fehler war eigentlich nur, dass das Host-Checking von ssh den Host nicht mehr erkannt hat. Da der Host-Key nicht wechseln sollte, wird dies ignoriert.
Für das Testen wurde HostKeyChecking auf false gesetzt. Dies kann im Einsatz natürlich wieder rückgängig gemacht werden, erfordert jedoch weitere Konfiguration von ssh.
Neu dazu gekommen sind mit diesem Issue, dass man dem Submit thread eine Funktion übergeben kann, die ausgeführt wird, sobald der output vom Output-Server heruntergeladen wurde. Dies soll das Schreiben in die Datenbank erleichtern.
