Add MCI to Integration Spec (#80)

* Add MCI integration block diagram

* Initial draft for MCI integration spec

* Update table titles

* All changed per PR feedback:
1. Added SS strap table
2. Changed MCI parameters to be external
3. Mentioned MCI clock connected to SS clock
4. Split the LCC gasket table int multiple tables.
5. Hitless section is just a pointer to the main spec.

* Resolve FIXMEs Emre owned and update breakpoint section saying the BRKPOINT_GO is accessable via AXI or DMI.

* More PR changes from Bharat

* Align table format with LCC

* Add 'Subsystem' to Internal LCC and Internal FC per feedback
