update for boost 1.87

1.87 fails because of an update in boost::asio:

I can only install 1.76, 1.85 or 1.87 with brew

Undefined symbols for architecture arm64:

It might be an issue only with arm64! (or simply mac/homebrew specifically) Tested on archlinux with both GCC and LLVM with boost 1.86 and it passes

From boost 1.87 changelog:
Removed deprecated classes const_buffers_1 and mutable_buffers_1.

So this is the issue.
