Update prover args for batch/light client prover

Need to update DEFAULT_CITREA_DOCKER_IMAGE inline with these changes

Code running here is testing full docker integration. Any such changes, i.e. change to citrea binary args need to update the default docker image.
Every push to nightly on citrea repo will push a docker image to https://hub.docker.com/r/chainwayxyz/citrea-test/tags
