Since BQSKit provides various means for specific compilation passes and their sequential workflows (as, e.g., demonstrated in https://github.com/BQSKit/bqskit-tutorial/blob/main/2_customizing_workflows.ipynb), it should be possible to integrate this into MQTPredictor.

Parsing functions from and to Qiskit are supposed to be provided by BQSKit.
