pylxd/models: Adapt StorageVolumesSnapshots to use old LXD versions

The key adaptation here is checking for the presence of `created_at`
on the response for /1.0/storage-pools/<pool>/volumes/custom/<volume_name>/snapshots
and
/1.0/storage-pools/<pool>/volumes/custom/<volume_name>/snapshot/<name>.
