This is an breaking API change.
I noticed that we use the key
storage_volume_snapshotsfor operations associated with storage volume snapshots andbackupsfor operations associated with storage volume backups whereas it is also used as a key for instance backups.I suggest we use the key
storage_volume_backups. After investigation, it seems to have been introduced as part as https://github.com/canonical/lxd/pull/7863/files#diff-bbf9185c9ad514b886f25630b5e5054f971e80baf7b877691750b345645710d7:~:text=resources%5B%22backups%22%5D%20%3D%20%5B%5Dstring%7Breq.Name%7D
