   1. We discussed the GitHub Project functionality to use in the project plan. We watched some introductory videos about how to use it.
   2. We decided to use this functionality.

   1. We split the requirements and the functionalities into milestones.
   2. We created the project in GitHub and described the tasks in the framework.
