I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
This PR addresses the failing GitHub Actions run with the error message "Verifying user's organization... yielded the following error: Process completed with exit code 3." The root cause of the error was identified and fixed by modifying the GitHub Actions workflow file and relevant scripts.
