Since I am also affected by the double-printing described in #55, I took the opportunity to find a solution on my own.
I am truly not an expert in the Jupyter ecosystem, but the simple line added seems to help nevertheless.

couldn't reproduce the issue myself, but this at least doesn't break anything, so let's try it :]
