  • The address bar for input JSON file is removed from the main interface; to load a dataset:
    1. From the File menu, select Load dataset
    2. From the popup dialog, either locate a JSON file or individual input files
  • Added new small test dataset (33.6 MB) based on results from the ScNaUmi-seq publication
  • Dots will not be drawn in the dot plot if no cells in a given category is expressing the transcript (i.e. expression level = 0)
  • Minor asethetic changes
