Ordering_the_PCB

The PCB can be ordered with the gerbers files found here. It is recommended to order fully populated PCBs, as some components are very fine pitched.

PCBs

If you want to order your PCBs from JLCPCB:

1. Click on "Instant Quote"
2. Uploader "gerbers.zip

3. Select PCB Thickness: 0.8mm
4. Select Surface Finish: ENIG
5. Select "Gold Fingers"
6. Activate switch at "PCB Assembly"

7. Click "Assemble on Top" (should be default)
8. Click "Confirm" at PCB Assembly

9. Click "OK" at the PCB Size requirement
10. Click "Next" on the right side

11. Upload bom.csv
12. Upload pos.csv
13. Select "Others/Others" at purpose - Add Description "Prototype"
14. Next
15. Check if all parts are available - press next
16. Press "Save to cart"

Ordering 3D printed cases

If you also want to order some 3D printed cases for your PCBs, you can also do this it JLCPCB

1. On the Instant Quote Screen select "3D printing"
2. Upload the Step files from here
3. Choose your technology. SLA and MJF have proven to be working with the case. Other technologies may as well, but are untested.
4. Choose the material. If using Resin, "LEDO 6060 Resin" had good results. If using Nylon, PA12-HP has good results as well.
5. Add a product description

OLED Screens

The OLED screens of the sd2psx units are not pre asembled, as they are through hole components you have to order separately.

By the time of writing, this AliExpress offer was still active. Make sure to order the "New" version in this offer, as the other OLEDs may either not fit the case or use different connection types.
