Unofficial 0.9.3

This is an unofficial firmware release for sd2psx.

Features:

• Implements "sd2psxman" (working title) protocol for card switching and game ID
• Implements history based game ID including history injection
• Heavy refactoring of PS2 Memory Card functions for readability
• Use name from card directories by using name of .txt file from card directory

Please note: This firmware is unofficial and (even after extensive testing through the community discord) may contain bugs that can potentially destroy your already existing card images. Use at your own risk - make backups!
