Description of changes:

Add ESM build to package, package now will publish build in dual format /dist-cjs for cjs and /dis for esm

Additional Changes:

Clean up config files from npm publish
Split JSON and Yaml service into separate files.
Adjust lhs of ExprNode to include a base expression
