Description of changes:
Fixes issue 41, where
pcluster create-cluster --waitwas failing when the C9 EC2 credentials rotated. This moves to a loop on describe-cluster call instead.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that you can use, modify, copy, and redistribute this contribution, under the terms of your choice.
