This adds
pyarrowas a dependency to avoid a failing test due to apandasdeprecation warning.It's still not completely settled if
pandas3.0 will really depend onpyarrowor not (pandas-dev/pandas#54466 (comment)), but until then it seems to be the easiest solution to just install it.
