Add 5 OpenScenario XML checks and improve existing checks.

Main changes

1. Add 5 new OpenScenario XML checks and improve existing checks.
   • Add scoped params filtering to parameter search #28
   • Add storyboard reference and level checks #34
   • Add data type checks #35
   • Add trailer connect test to improve allowed operator check #36
   • Check input string before double conversion in non negative checks #37
