This new computing mode uses a local cache of the map, and does not make any calls to IVoxelMap.voxelExists()
As it is handled by Typescript. Eslint's "no-undef" has issues with handling /// <reference types directives in Typescript.
So that a patch cannot be computed twice in parallel
Only one patch can be generated at a time, so make sure the promises are ran one by one.
That is a bit faster than GPU_SEQUENTIAL because while the GPU is busy, it makes the CPU work instead of waiting.

This PR adds the possibility to use WebGPU to compute the patches on the GPU.
