We need aws sdk v2 for Glue catalog sync implementation (#599) and hadoop 3.4.0 has compatibility issues (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-19241) with aws sdk v2 which has been fixed in hadoop 3.4.1, so this PR upgrades
