Corrected the Year button in the Summer of bitcoin Screen

  The "2023" button and its associated projects are not appearing on the Summer of Bitcoin screen. BUG: Summer of Bitcoin screen #181

  The Height the the container containing the years is small so the 2023 year cant be shown.
  I have Increased to the required height
