The build.gradle.kts file has been updated to modify the build configuration, including adding new plugins and changing the dependency management. In addition, the encoding for Java compilation and Javadoc generation has been adjusted, and the version was updated to 1.20.4-1.1.0-SNAPSHOT.
The commit introduces the project level code style configuration files, which set standards for different programming languages used in the project including Java, Objective-C, XML, and many others. This configuration enforces a consistent coding style across different parts of the project.
Added a new inspection profile 'Project Default' to project configuration for better code inspection. Also, the .gitignore file has been extensively updated to ignore various IDE-specific files, generated files and other user-specific stuff. This will avoid unnecessary or sensitive files being tracked and committed to the repository.

The main class of the lootdrop plugin has been renamed from Main to BukkitMain to avoid generic naming. The usage of this class has been updated throughout the plugin's codebase. Additionally, class Loot_drop has been renamed to LootDrop for consistency.
This commit introduces a set of .idea configuration files for the project. It also updates both Duel.java and DuelVoteTimer.java. In particular, it enhances DuelVoteTimer.java by introducing sub-timers, which take actions at each timer tick. A DuelVotesDisplay sub-timer is added to display vote progress for Duel.java.
