Feedback from manual testing

Organise related activity into an ordered list
Improve link and button state accessibility so that links are always distinguishable
Add aria status role to live signature count so that updates are announced
Change label, field and hint order so that hints always come before the field
Add 'characters remaining' text to character counter so announcements are clearer
Add descriptive text to notification warning icon
Make signature count graph accessible

The screen reader will annouce the signature count changes.

Announcing just the number as someone types is confusing.
