Getting Started

Prerequisites

• Node.js >= 18.0.0
• Python >= 3.11
• Docker >= 24.0.0
• Kubernetes >= 1.27.x
• Xcode 14.0+ (for iOS)
• Android Studio Arctic Fox+ (for Android)

Development Setup

1. Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/your-org/video-coaching-platform.git
cd video-coaching-platform

2. Install dependencies:

# Backend services
cd src/backend
npm install

# Web application
cd src/web
yarn install

# iOS application
cd src/ios
pod install

# Android application
cd src/android
./gradlew build

3. Configure environment variables:

cp .env.example .env
# Edit .env with your configuration

4. Start development services:

docker-compose up -d
npm run dev

# Web application
cd src/web
yarn dev

open VideoCoach.xcworkspace
