[depthMap] refactor Material handling

* create materials at ctor
* pointCloud display: use gl_Point based shader instead of custom geometry shader + expose point size parameter
* switch between materials when changing modes, without re-creating geometry from scratch
* remove commented and unused code
* bump version to 2.0
