Adaptative precision in real root extraction #188

  • This PR aims at solving the following issue : during real root extraction, msolve was identifying intervals for solution coordinates not containing 0 but because of the fixed precision, this information was lost.
  • This PR makes the precision adaptative during real root extraction in order to keep such sign information
  • A consequence is that it makes real root extraction more precise in general than the previous one
  • A test file is added
