It's simple demo project which shows how NEM Blockchain can be used to conduct independent testing certification of people's skills.
$ git clone https://github.com/alexanderhudym/nem.tests
$ cd /path/to/this/clone
$ npm install
$ npm run start
It run on localhost, port 3100.
